Yelda D. Tuz is Managing Director/Credit Products Executive for Bank of America Commercial Real Estate Banking. Ms. Tuz leads the Commercial Real Estate Enterprise Credit team comprised of real estate professionals, who provide comprehensive financial solutions, including project and corporate finance structures, for commercial real estate development companies, Private and Public Real Estate Investment Trusts and Funds.

Based in Dallas, Texas, Ms. Tuz has broad experience in the financial markets specifically in Corporate, Commercial Real Estate and Asset Based Lending. She has been with Bank of America since 1995 in various roles including Client Management, Underwriting, Credit Risk, Account Executive in Commercial Real Estate, Middle Market and Asset Based Lending areas. Ms. Tuz holds BA in Economics from Hacettepe University, MBA from METU and Master of Management in Corporate Finance from University of Dallas.

Ms. Tuz currently serves on ULI Product Council for UDMUC Gold and a member of ULI Programming Committee. She served as member of the Board of Directors of The Real Estate Council (TREC) and as a member of Executive Council of University of Texas Real Estate Finance & Investment Center at University of Texas McCombs School of Business (REFIC) and member of University of Texas System Chancellor’s Council. Ms. Tuz is the executive Sponsor and Co- Chair of BofA Women’s Leadership Council for North Texas Chapter. She is a graduate and a member of 30% Club Program - a national program campaigned by group of business chairpersons and CEOs taking action to increase gender diversity on boards and senior management teams.
