Robin Arnett

Chief Expansion Officer
HomeAid America

Robin Arnett began her career in the building industry in 1995 at the Building Industry Association (BIA) of Orange County, home to HomeAid’s first affiliate. She left the BIA in 1999 and became the Executive Officer of the Home Builders Association of Midwest Georgia, and affiliate of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). She took that experience to NAHB as a Regional Field Representative before starting at HomeAid in 2003.

Robin’s role as the Chief Expansion Officer (CXO) is to expand the number of affiliates across the United States. In this process, assists new affiliates by establishing the affiliate as a 501c3 organization. Once the affiliate is established, the national staff recruits a strong board of directors while establishing relationships with the local non-profit homeless service providers. The national organization assists in raising and matching local funding and hiring the Executive Director. HomeAid’s expansion model focuses on cultivating relationships and conducting market research, and launching an affiliate can take up to two years due to the cultivation and the legalization process that is necessary for its success. Establishing operations while creating a long-term, sustainable, and successful affiliate is always the goal.

Robin has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies from Chapman University. She lives in Evans, GA with her husband John, son Brayden and daughter Alona.
