Cindy Quenneville is an accomplished nonprofit executive with over 25 years of leadership experience guiding organizations through growth, change, and impact. She has served as CEO and Executive Director for several Arizona nonprofits—including HomeAid Phoenix, Heidi’s Village, Sojourner Center, Desert Mission, and A New Leaf—overseeing multimillion-dollar budgets and teams of up to 250 staff.

Known for her expertise in board development, strategic planning, and fundraising, Cindy has secured millions in grant and donor funding while launching innovative health, housing, and community programs. She has also held key board roles with ValleyLife, First Things First North Regional Board, and the Andy Hull Sunshine Foundation. She currently serves on the Home of Record Board of Directors.

Cindy holds a master’s degree in business administration from Grand Canyon University and is recognized for her collaborative, mission-driven leadership style.
