HomeAid in Partnership with Zonda raised over $66,000 to Fight Against Homelessness at First Virtual Impact Event.
HomeAid America and Zonda held the first virtual IMPACT, Together We Make a Difference event on Tuesday, December 8,2020. Due to the generosity and collaboration of Zonda, our sponsors, and attendees, HomeAid raised over $66,000 that will benefit the lives of many across the country in our effort to prevent and end homelessness.
HomeAid is an integral part of the fight to end homelessness in America. We believe that every individual has worth and human dignity and deserves the basic provision of shelter as a necessity of life as illustrated by the successful completion of over 1000 projects that have housed more than 385,000 people who would have otherwise been homeless.
There is still much more to be done to help end homelessness in this country. Currently, we have more than 70 projects in various stages of development including housing for veterans, pregnant teens and their children, families, individuals with disabilities, and victims of domestic violence. There is also an anticipated increased demand for housing and outreach services for those impacted by the current pandemic. The generosity of our partners and contributors ensures the growth and expansion of our programs across the country so that we may better address this complex crisis.
We can only achieve our mission with the investment of our charitable partners and we greatly value your support.
