Through HomeAid’s 19 chapters spanning from Hawaii to the Atlantic, we have developed strategic partnerships with over 350 nonprofit organizations nationwide effectively ending homelessness. As a result, HomeAid has completed a total of over 1,000 developments including emergency shelters, transitional housing, permanent supportive and affordable housing, and critically needed resource centers.
In 2020, 43 developments were completed which included several tiny home projects, housing for victims of sex trafficking, foster youth, pregnant minors and their children, veterans, families, and those suffering from developmental disabilities, addictions, or medical conditions.
Projects valuing over $5 million in construction costs have been significantly reduced to a 50% cost savings as a result of the generosity of HomeAid’s builder captains, trade partners, consultants, and suppliers saving nearly $2.5 million.
