Sep 06 2008 - HomeAid Orange County's 17th Annual Project Playhouse®

September 6 — October 11, 2008, Fashion Island (Newport Beach, CA)

HomeAid Orange County and Children & Families Commission of Orange County presents the 17th Annual Project Playhouse® that will feature exquisitely detailed, fully furnished, child-size showcase homes, designed and built by a select group of premier home builders.

The playhouse village will be on display near the Atrium Lawn at Fashion Island in Newport Beach, California from September 6 to October 11, 2008. Visitors have an opportunity to view the pint-size creations on display by purchasing a ticket at the playhouse village. While at the village, visitors can purchase tickets to enter an opportunity drawing to win one of the playhouses on display (all remaining playhouses will be available for auction on October 11, 2008). Funds raised, including raffle and auction proceeds, support HomeAid Orange County's mission of building dignified housing where homeless families and individuals can rebuild their lives.

Opening Day Opportunity: Experience Playhouse Magic Inside!
This is a one-time-only opportunity. On September 6, the opening day, visitors can enter the playhouses and experience the playhouse magic closer. Tours inside the homes are not available after this date. Be sure to come out on opening day for this special treat!
