The seed-funding for HomeAid started from a single benefit concert hosted by founding board members Julie Brinkerhoff-Jacobs and Don Jacobs. Julie raised the money through organizing a benefit concert with well-known musical artist, Kris Kristofferson, which raised $25,000. With that funding, HomeAid was incorporated and since that day, our industry fundraising events have raised nearly $5 million for our mission to build facilities for today's homeless. Our events bring both Corporate America and the Building Industry together to help raise funds and awareness that build hope for their communities. Below is a listing of HomeAid's signature fundraisers hosted annually. Select one of these to read more about our events.
