Meyers Research Presents Housing Outlook To Benefit HomeAid America Feb 20 2019

As HomeAid moves into its 30th Anniversary and celebrates “30 Years of Building the Way Home”, Meyers Research will be hosting the 2019 National Housing Market Outlook to benefit HomeAid America. This event will be held during the International Builders Show in Las Vegas on Wednesday, February 20th from 10:30 – 1:30 at Andrea’s at the Wynn.

As with other Meyers--HomeAid events, all the proceeds will benefit HomeAid America. By sponsoring this prestigious event, your company will reach many top leaders in the building industry and, at the same time, join HomeAid in its efforts to end homelessness for the less-fortunate in our community. More than $527,000 has been raised to date from these events.

The Keynote speaker for this event will be Frank Nothaft, Chief Economist at Corelogic. A Consumer Trends Presentation will be given by Mollie Carmichael, Principal at Meyers Research. There will also be an elite Builder Industry Leader panel moderated by Tim Sullivan, Managing Principal at Meyers Research. Panelists include:

Ricarda Dietsch, Division President - Denver at Taylor Morrison Homes 

Sandi Teeter, Division President - San Antonio at Liberty Home Builders

HomeAid WORKS, a new workforce development program will create opportunities for people experiencing homelessness the chance to pursue careers in the homebuilding industry. The program is made possible by a $500,000 grant from the Lennar Foundation, the charitable arm of Lennar, provided as seed funding to create the program.

HomeAid Atlanta completed its fourth project for The Drake House led by Builder Captain Ryan Swallow of South Haven Builders. The Drake Village provides longer-term housing solution for graduates of The Drake House, which has a mission of providing a lifeline of supportive housing and enrichment programs for homeless mothers and their children.
