Samaritan Inn Shelter Resident, McKinney, TX


I came to stay at the Samaritan Inn in late September. Before I arrived, I didn't know what I was going to do. I had a job and a car, and my two kids were with my mother.

The Samaritan Inn staff was great. When I was stable enough to have my own place, they continued to assist me with whatever I needed, including helping me move. When I moved out, they provided me with food, clothes, and even furniture. I have now been on my own for eight-to-nine months and their support continues.

They have also sent my kids to summer camps and helped with school supplies.

I want to thank Samaritan Inn from the bottom of my heart for having someone help my kids and me. Thank you.
